Simple Eggs Benedict

Add a little lockdown to your lockdown meal times by trying this simple eggs benedict recipe using the Nutri-Q Egg Cooker. Tag us in your creations on Facebook!

Ingredients

2 large free range eggs

2 toasting muffins

1 batch hot hollandaise sauce 

4 slices Parma ham (or Serrano or Bayonne)

Method

STEP 1

Crack two eggs into the poaching tray of the Nutri-Q Egg Cooker, cook until beeper sounds. Remove with a spoon.

STEP 2

Serve eggs onto breakfast muffins, spread some hollandaise sauce on each muffin, serve with a side of ham on the side.
